From brunch to exploring the scenery to jaw-dropping spots perfect for photos, you won’t have a second to wonder what to do next.
Start the Day With Brunch
When you’re on vacation, it’s a no-brainer to take a load off and enjoy some easy-going times around the table with friends and family. Brunch is the perfect thing to do if you’re into delicious food and bubbly drinks. Think you want to sleep a little later before you head to a yummy spot? Find out where to go below.
Edgewater Restaurant
This cool spot is known for its stunning and serene views — and its eats, of course. Enjoy your choice of Italian food, seafood, steaks, and even pizza, all while gazing and daydreaming out of the beautiful windows. Edgewater Restaurant is located east of the Shinnecock Canal and is perfect if you’re ready to chow down.
The Golden Pear
If the name of this spot didn’t already entice you and your tastebuds, let us help you out. The Golden Pear is the quintessential brunch spot for those of us who are ready for breakfast foods and mimosas first thing in the morning (or afternoon).
You’ll enjoy anything from the menu at this beautiful spot. This brunch place is good for scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, coffee, and baked goods that you can take home with you — or on a casual walk down the beach.
Dockers Waterside
Are you looking for the greatest lobster roll and Bloody Mary you’ve ever had? Stop searching and head to Dockers Waterside, located in East Quogue. This spot has everything from lobster mac and cheese to watermelon carpaccio salad to avocado toast. There’s something here for everyone, so you really can’t go wrong.
Pierre’s
If your group is in the mood for the ultimate brunch spread, jump in the car and race over to Pierre’s. Located in Sagaponack, Pierre’s menu is full of everything you can imagine to fill your tummy after a relaxing morning.
Choose between croissants, fruit smoothies, or sandwiches, all with a side of tasty drinks. Pierre’s will give you a fresh, Parisian feel all while staying stateside.
Go Exploring for the Day
There are so many sights and natural scenes to take in while you’re vacationing in the Hamptons. It’s so easy and fun to hop in the car, turn up the summer music, and see where the roads take you.

Cooper’s Beach
Who doesn’t want to take an easy drive to a scenic beach and spend the day lounging? Cooper’s beach is located in Southampton and is ready for you to visit. This beach in particular is loved for its white quartz sand, beautiful grassy dunes, and incredible waves.
It’s the perfect spot to stop and have a calm picnic — or even surf, if you’re feeling active. There’s a reason everyone loves to visit here, so join in on the fun!
Greenport
This might not seem like the place to be, but trust us! There’s plenty to see and to do while you’re visiting Greenport. This spot is a century-old fishing village and is packed full of restaurants and shopping.
Go explore this low-key town, and you may find some delectable oysters as you take a leisurely stroll. You won’t get bored if you choose this spot for a day trip away from the pool.
Montauk
We’re pretty sure everyone has heard of Montauk (and for good reason). This is a stunning beach spot with an awesome sight-seeing opportunity: the first lighthouse that was built in New York State.
Not only are there great sights, but you can also relax at Seawater Spa or eat an awesome breakfast at John’s Pancake House to refuel. Plus, Montauk has become the place to see and be seen for summer party-goers across the coast.
Camp Hero State Park
Are you a history buff? Even if you aren't, you'll love exploring Camp Hero State Park. This place is on the edge of Long Island and has been left as is since it was created.
Camp Hero was once a military base and is now enjoyed by many who visit as a way to get some fresh air and explore the WWII-era surroundings. This is also a wonderful spot to take a horseback ride, hike, or camp. Pack an overnight bag, and prepare for adventure!

Southampton Windmill
Who wouldn’t want a picturesque windmill to grace the presence of their social media feed? There’s something sweet and beachy about the big windmill in Southampton, and we think it’s the perfect spot to have a mini photoshoot.
If you’re not spooked easily, you’ll love that this windmill is rumored to be haunted. Go explore… if you dare.
